1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to LariDea - Kids' Café. By accessing our premises, using our website at https://laridea.co.th/, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

2. ABOUT LARIDEAS

LariDea is a unique blend of indoor playground and coffee shop located in Pattaya, Thailand. We are operated by LARIDEA Co. Ltd. and offer families a space to play, learn, and relax. Our facility combines a safe, supervised play area for children with quality food and beverage services for parents and guardians

3. FACILITY USE AND ADMISSION

3.1 Age Requirements

• Our play area is designed for children aged 1-7 years
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
• All visitors must comply with posted age restrictions for specific play equipment

3.2 Entry Requirements

• Our branded socks are mandatory for all people entering the play area or the coffee shop
• Entry fees apply as per our current pricing schedule
• Payment must be made prior to accessing the play area
• Exceeding the time paid for at the entrance by 10 minutes requires payment of a full hour
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears ill or poses a health risk

3.3 Operating Hours

Our operating hours are subject to change. Current hours are posted on our website and at our facility entrance. We reserve the right to modify operating hours.

4. SAFETY AND SUPERVISION

4.1 Parental Responsibility

• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times
• Children must remain within sight of their parent/guardian
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow all safety rules
• Parents/guardians must intervene immediately if their child engages in unsafe behavior

4.2 Facility Rules

• No running in café areas
• No food or drinks in the play area
• Shoes must be removed before entering the play area
• Rough play, pushing, or aggressive behavior is prohibited
• Respect all equipment and use it as intended
• Follow all posted signs and staff instructions

5. LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By entering LariDea, you acknowledge that physical activities involve inherent risks including minor injuries, bumps, and bruises. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of our facilities

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, LariDea Co. Ltd., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes but is not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Interactions between children or other visitors
• Food allergies or dietary reactions

5.3 Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, LariDea staff will contact emergency services and notify parents/guardians immediately. You authorize LariDea staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached, and agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

6. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES

6.1 Menu and Availability

Our café menu is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue items, or substitute ingredients based on availability.

6.2 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from all allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements. Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.

6.3 Outside Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula, baby food, or items required for specific medical conditions. We reserve the right to inspect any bags or containers brought onto the premises.

7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as posted at our facility. All prices are in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes.

• All prices include VAT 7%
• All services prices do not include service charge 10%
• Exceeding the time paid for at the entrance by 10 minutes requires payment of a full hour

7.2 Refund Policy

• Entry fees are non-refundable once access has been granted
• Food and beverage orders cannot be cancelled once prepared
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy

9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

LariDea may photograph or film activities in our facility for promotional purposes. By entering our premises, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in our promotional materials, please notify our staff upon entry. You agree not to photograph or film other visitors without their explicit consent.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and within our facility, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of LARIDEA Co. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward staff or other visitors
• Intoxication or possession of illegal substances
• Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
• Theft or vandalism of property
• Inappropriate language or behavior
• Violation of any posted rules or staff instructions

12. EVENTS AND BOOKINGS

Private party bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a credit toward a future booking.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our facility. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our facilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pattaya, Chon Buri Province, Thailand.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LariDea Co. Ltd. regarding use of our facilities and services.
